Northbridge Contact provides dedicated, fully managed sales agents to US solar, roofing and home improvement companies. Northbridge Contact is our legal name, and we operate from Egypt. You can reach us at momen@northbridgecontact.com or +20 10 264 264 62.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, company, email, phone number and how many agents you need. When you book a call or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you write.
- Website visit data. We use privacy-focused analytics to count visits, such as pages viewed, the site you came from, device type and country. It does not use advertising cookies.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and your IP address is sent to it.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to quote requests, schedule calls, provide and improve our service, and meet our legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that host our website, run our forms, scheduling and email, and measure visits. They process information for us and only for these purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Where it is processed
We operate from Egypt, so your information may be processed in Egypt and in the countries where our service providers operate, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, run our business and meet legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails, by writing to momen@northbridgecontact.com.
Calls made for our clients
Our agents place calls on behalf of client companies. The contact details we call come from our clients, public sources and data providers. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, and recordings are kept for up to 30 days. If one of our agents called you and you want the calls to stop, email momen@northbridgecontact.com with your phone number and we will add it to our internal do-not-call list permanently. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children.
